What is the standard shipping policy?

  • All orders from uPunch.com are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00PM PST. Orders processed over the weekend will be shipped the next following business day.
  • All orders are shipped through UPS Ground services apart from selective accessories. To estimate UPS nationwide delivery times, please visit the UPS U.S. Ground Maps.

Is free shipping available? 

  • Free shipping is not available for orders.


Does uPunch ship internationally? 

  • If you are shipping to Canada, please visit uPunch Canada to complete your order.
  • For all other international orders, please contact Sales@uPunch.com to set up your order.


How can I track my uPunch order? 

  • Both order tracking and invoice information are emailed upon order completion. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of the current or next available business day, please contact Sales@uPunch.com
